2sxc 11.07 Released with Drag/Drop and enhanced Import

Highlights in 2sxc 11.03 - 11.07

1. WebP support in the ImageResizer - so you can now use Picture tags and deliver WebP images where needed - great for PageSpeed 🚀
2. WYSIWYG fields can now have custom CSS files
3. Input fields can now have placeholder texts shown when they are still empty
4. The old edit UIs and admin dialogs have been removed, so everything is much smaller
5. Export / Import Views (as json) 
   This allows you to "move" views (together with the template file and icon) from one App to another
6. Export / Import Content-Types
   This allows you to export/import content-types from one App to another
7. Copy View - makes it easier to configure another view with almost the same settings

2. All Angular parts now use Angular 10 (Edit, Admin, Quick-Dialog)
3. Updated to latest JSPlumb
4. Icon Picker can now hide the prefix for nicer UIs
