2sxc 9.33 with paste formatted text and more

2sxc 9.33 has more than 100 hours of work - a lot under the hood, but also a few visible goodies like paste formatted. These are the highlights:

New features

  1. WYSIWYG Paste formatted text optional (can be enabled in the features#1502 
    This is really helpful. For example, this list containing links was copied directly from github, and it just works :)
  2. Completely rebuilt the QuickDialog using Angular 7, Observables and more, fixing a lot of issues #1643
