2sxc 9.43.01 LTS / Stabilization Release

As we are getting ready for 2sxc 10, this should be our final LTS on v9. Enjoy 😊

This is just a minor update but planned as an LTS (Long-Term-Support). So any bugs will still be fixed but we don't plan on releasing any more features on 2sxc 9. 

Main Features

1. Ability to set CORS for all DNN/2sxc APIs to allow localhost access for development #1727 - read more about this in our ng-serve blog post.
2. QuickDialog (the bar below) now respects the persona bar
3. ADAM knows SVGs are images
4. New command Get(name) on dynamic objects to get properties by string-name, in cases where the real name is a combination of factors.

Bugfixes

1. Cannot delete 2sxc app #1714
2. Copy-item from replace-item dialog fails #1729
3. Import single item in very special situations #1730
4. Visual Query - prefill of ModuleId removed #1710
5. Permission to create is sufficient, doesn't need additional create-draft #1711

Preparation for 2sxc 10 / Minor

1. Add text to show on top of items-list per content-type #1731
2. Ensure global content-types are included in new API #1728
3. Harden ADAM edge case where editors are restricted #1723
4. Add DOM monitoring to better debug inpage performance #1726
5. UI should prefer local system types (very technical, internal feature)
6. All requests now use RVT (technical/internal)
7. Abililty to press Alt+Click to open the alternate dialog (so in 2sxc 10 you'll be able to alt+click to open the old edit dialog)
8. Add another helper text to content-types, which will be used in list-views in future
