Export Apps without Assets (new v18.02)

App Export is now improved, that you can select which assets to include.

This helps to export apps which have a LOT of assets. So now you can do things like:

Export App without Assets for test installations which
Export App without Assets, and migrate the assets manually

These are the new settings:

Note that these new settings are not essential, but should make life easier. As such we have decided to make them available to patrons only.
